Live Reading Services and Cancellation Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our live reading services, all completed sessions are final and non-refundable.

For scheduled live reading sessions, we offer flexible cancellation options:

• 24+ Hours Before: Full refunds or free rescheduling available if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.
• Less Than 24 Hours: After the 24-hour window has passed, prepaid service payments are generally non-refundable and sessions cannot be rescheduled.
• Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually.
