General Refund Policy
Most of our Services, including digital tarot readings, subscriptions, and prepaid credits, are non-refundable once purchased and delivered, unless otherwise specified in this Policy or required by law.
Digital Services and Subscriptions
Digital tarot readings, AI-powered readings, and other digital services provided through our platform are considered delivered immediately upon completion. These services are final and non-refundable.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the services until the end of your current billing period.
Live Reading Services
Due to the personalized nature of our consultation and live reading services, all completed sessions are final and non-refundable. We dedicate significant time and resources to prepare for each individual session, and once a reading has been conducted, no refunds will be issued.
For scheduled live reading sessions, we offer flexible cancellation options:
- 24+ Hours Before: Full refunds or free rescheduling available if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session time.
- Less Than 24 Hours: After the 24-hour window has passed, prepaid service payments are generally non-refundable and sessions cannot be rescheduled. This policy ensures that our readers can adequately prepare for each session and maintain fair scheduling practices.
- Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you have a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances (such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or technical issues on our end), please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may grant exceptions to our standard policy at our discretion.
