- Less Than 24 Hours: After the 24-hour window has passed, prepaid service payments are generally non-refundable and sessions cannot be rescheduled.
- Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually.
